1 year Quality Guarantee


1. To ensure our customers enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience, all our products are backed by a 1-year warranty against quality issues. However, if the product you require after-service for has been discontinued and cannot be repaired by the manufacturer, don't worry. We will provide a partial refund to cover your loss if your item was purchased within the 1-year period.
2. Regarding quality-related issues (excluding damage caused by human error), we offer a 1-year warranty, which includes free repair and round-trip shipping costs.

Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items


When receiving your delivery, please ensure the package is undamaged and has not been tampered with before signing for it. Verify the contents match your order.
If any issues arise, please contact us and follow our warranty process:
1. Provide your order number and the product code (Model number).
2. Send us a clear photo of the outer packaging with all shipping labels visible, along with any images of the received item (if applicable).
Upon confirmation of the issue by AudioHype, we will provide the following solutions:
• For missing items, we will promptly resend the missing item or accessory free of charge within the warranty period.
• In the event of an incorrect item being shipped, we will issue a full refund or dispatch a suitable alternative (if available). AudioHype will determine if the incorrect product needs to be returned, and we will cover the return shipping costs upon receipt.
