Please bear in mind that these are approximate estimates, and shipments may encounter delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal strikes or severe weather conditions.
If, for any reason, you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe provided above and suspect it may be lost in transit, please submit a support ticket from your transactions page. We will investigate the order with the courier. Requests for lost-in-transit items must be submitted to AudioHype Support within 3 months of the shipping date or before the courier archives the tracking information.
Conditions for Eligibility
Kindly review the conditions provided below. Failure to meet all conditions may result in AudioHype declining the return request. All returned items must remain in a new condition, within their original unaltered packaging (inclusive of an intact UPC code), and must contain all accompanying packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. AudioHype can solely reimburse the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Items with Defects or Damage
Items deemed defective may be subject to repair, exchange, or refund at our discretion, either for the identical model or an equivalent model from the manufacturer.
Refunds and Credits
Upon receiving and inspecting your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for the credit to reflect in your account. Typically, refunds will be issued using the same method as your original purchase. Please note that we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
